Being part of something so iconic for Bournemouth has been great
As the awards for 2016 come to a close, we reflect on an exciting and eventful 8 months.
Route PR came to us back at the end of last summer, seeking a stylish, fresh and easily navigable new website for the 2016, 10th-anniversary awards.
We were delighted to have the opportunity of being part of something so iconic within our locality but also to have been given so much freedom with the design – really enabling us to have a chance to show off our design prowess. We opted for a tile layout taking the bright colours from the Bournemouth Tourism logo as they are familiar in the town. This then ensured that the site and its branding remained seamless throughout the marketing and memorable amongst those interacting with it. This style of web design layout isn’t seen around a lot making it fresh and stand-out. You can view this site and other recent work within our portfolio here.
We and all involved have been delighted with the end result. The awards have been deemed a great success and indeed the tickets for the initial venue were a sell-out, resulting a last minute change of venue to ensure no-one was left disappointed.

Bournemouth clearly continues to thrive within the Tourism industry, as well as being cited a “Digitial Hub” for the UK. We love being based here in these very exciting times.
